What is a Confident Decision-Maker?

My projects almost always go smoothly when there is a confident decision maker at the lead. 💪🏻

Because I want to be a confident decision maker myself, I've observed what these individuals do differently and here's what I've come up with:

➡ Confident decision makers understand what they need and why they need it.

➡ Confident decision makers can make quick decisions because they are armed with information and data to do so.

➡ Confident decision makers understand many decisions can be changed or even reversed, so fear of a "bad decision" is usually not a good excuse for inaction.

➡ Confident decision makers trust themselves, but they also operate with discernment and know when it's best to defer to someone else.

➡ Confident decision makers take ownership of their decisions.
