How to not get stuck in analysis paralysis

Getting advice from too many people is a great way to stay stuck in analysis paralysis.

I recently had a client who experienced this problem.

They disguised their inability to make decisions as "discovery" and "risk management", but the truth was they were scared to move forward.

Staying appropriately informed is important, but so is moving forward.

There will always be another perspective and things will always be changing.

To keep it simple, here's the process I follow with all my clients as well as my own self to get unstuck and start getting things done:

  1. Get clear on your goals.

  2. Develop a flexible plan.

  3. Execute with laser focus.

  4. Adjust after gathering appropriate feedback.

This will work for you, too.

And if you need help, I'm here for it. 💫
