The thing most people don’t do
Under-rated skill in business:
👉 Actually caring.
In particular, if you do this as a business owner then you are at an advantage.
Here's a short list of some of the key things people do when they actually care:
✅ Ask questions and listen intently.
✅ Remember details of conversations.
✅ Offer unexpected support and encouragement.
✅ Deliver work that is consistently thoughtful and high quality.
Someone who doesn’t care will pretend to do the above for a period of time, but they won’t be able to carry them out with any regularity.
