Freelancing allows me to:

⭐ Work on projects I’m passionate about.

⭐ Work with teams who inspire me.

⭐ Block time for my daughter during the day, including all the drop offs, pick ups, and play dates.

⭐ Set my own schedule and work when it’s most convenient for me.

⭐ Earn more money for my hour, which I can invest into further business ventures.

⭐ Share my learnings with others here and through my consulting business.

It’s not necessarily “easier” (see previous posts), but it gives me access to a lifestyle that works for me.
