The best thing you can do for your business is this:

The best thing most of you can do for your one-person business is find and retain clients.

And that usually doesn't include:

❌ Spending $10K and 3 months on building a website.
❌ Designing an offer based on what YOU want, not what the market needs.
❌ Branding, re-branding, then re-branding again because you liked the first colors better (I see you 😉).

I'm not suggesting that you shouldn't build a website or work on innovative offers, but what I am saying is you have to prioritize. 💪

And when you are starting out with high energy and excitement, limited funds, and a window of time, capturing revenue is where it's at to keep your business afloat.

The other stuff will come in time. ⭐
