❌ Pour yourself into creating very detailed spreadsheets and Gantt charts - that's what project managers do, right?

Instead, try starting here:

✅ Identify your project sponsor and confirm what the purpose of the project is.

✅ Get clear on budget, deadline, and deliverables.

✅ Break your project into milestones and gather the right people to make decisions about how to get each piece done efficiently.
