Focus on goals and strategy before execution
What you think is important when you start working for yourself:
Painting your home office a new color (because you have to be "on brand").
Spending your days at mastermind sessions (because that's what entrepreneurs do).
Buying all the fancy tech equipment you've been eyeing (because now you can call it "an investment").
What is actually important:
Getting clear about your offer.
Networking, then networking some more.
Selling your product or service, then selling some more.
I'm guessing some of this might resonate with a few of you 😉.
And you're not alone - I've definitely missed the mark when it comes to prioritizing my time.
Not to say the items in the first list aren't worth doing, but do yourself a favor and make sure they are the best use of your time and energy.
Focus on goals and strategy before execution. 💫
