What I was concerned about in Years 1-3 of building my business:

👉 Finding clients and making money.

What I am concerned about in Year 4+ of building my business:

👉 All of the above plus finding enough time and increasing my bandwidth. 😅

So here's what I'm doing to help myself:

✅ Weekly financial check-ins.

✅ Time blocking to make sure I stay focused on the right things.

✅ Weekly progress check-ins & monthly / quarterly goals check-ins.

✅ Outsourcing or automating tasks where it makes sense and is possible.

✅ Maintaining a balance of working ON the business vs. IN the business vs. life outside of work.

PRO TIP: My Google calendar time blocks are color-coded, so I can easily differentiate between types of tasks and quickly understand how my time is allocated for the week.
